• No cancellation fee is charged unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.

5. Luggage and Personal Items

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items, except in case of proven negligence.

6. Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves abusively, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or poses a safety risk.
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

7. Liability
